My hair in my 20s vs. now? Not even in the same category. In fact, if I did a before and after you might die laughing 😆

In my 20’s it was bleach & heat damage, but these days it’s hormones, stress, aging, and life— after 40, they’ve come for my strands. ⚡️ I do wear extensions now, thanks to my incredible stylist, but I’ve always had super fine, thin hair (thanks, genetics 🙃). After 40 though, I’ve noticed even more breakage, dullness, and an overall decline in appearance.

So here’s my routine: 💅🏻
I don’t wash daily.
I baby my hair with the right product and tools.
And I’ve found the perfect combo for my fine-thin hair + extensions.
