This was a long sweaty hero WOD, which are my absolute favorite! This one is called Whitten. It took me 40 min and 10 sec. For this long of a workout I want something that doesn’t move and is comfortable. My top is by yogalicious in a size S and the bottoms are fabletics in a size S.
