The beginning wasn’t perfect some nausea but once my body adjusted, it stopped. What really shocked me was realizing how loud the food noise was… and how quiet things became after my dosage increase around week 8.

I had to change my diet (not easy at first), but cooking more at home, finding simple recipes, and being intentional has helped with inflammation and weight loss.

So far I’m down 13 lbs and 6 inches off my waist, mainly my midsection and that alone was worth it.

I’m genuinely thankful I found Ivy Rx because this weight was not coming off on its own.

Yall, I’ve been trying my hardest to stay focus… 
As summer comes to an end, I’ve honestly been the most focused I’ve ever been. I told myself after my birthday I was gonna put my head down, and that’s exactly what I did. No Sunday Fundays ( ikr), no outside or nothing

But with that focus, I can truly say I’ve accomplished some goals and grown in areas I’ve been working on since stepping into this influencer life! 
Chile, It’s been a long long long journey, but the lessons, the discipline, the tenacity it’s all been worth it.
Your girl is happy, and I’m looking forward to ending the year strong and stepping into what’s next.

How you start your day truly sets the tone. For me, it’s slowing down with a cup of matcha. The process feels calm, intentional, and reminds me to take on the day with ease instead of rushing.

When I first started working from home chileee it was chaotic! Now, simple routines like making matcha in the morning keep me grounded.

Sometimes it’s not about rushing into the day…it’s about creating routines that set the tone for it. 💛

What’s one routine you do daily that helps you start your day right?

Matcha used @bujimatcha 

My Matcha Recipe 
I like my matcha sweet 😝
1 teaspoon of matcha 
2 teaspoon of matcha (stronger) 
Almond milk 
.5 - 1oz honey
Ice 
20-30 ml water 
Fresh strawberries (3-4)
Powder Sugar ( just a little) 
Once I mix the matcha and water. I warm the honey and mix in with the matcha. I pour the mix on top of the almond milk and ice. 

Froth 
Heavy whipping cream and Almond milk even parts. Add strawberry syrup to your liking 🙃…
