I brought this Staud one-piece to Italy on a recent trip with my family. I love that it has good coverage, yet it’s still SO stylish. It does have a plunging halter neckline so it might not work for you if you have a large bust, but the waist and tummy area are fully covered and the legs have more of a boy short cut. The coverage in the back is a little cheeky so that’s a consideration. If you prefer full coverage in the back, this is not the suit for you. Fit runs true to size.

The fashion forecast says... it's going to be a mermaid summer. 🧜‍♀️🌊 Turquoise is quickly becoming a MAJOR "it" color for summer. We've been seeing it everywhere in the jewelry world, and the latest Jacquemus show confirmed it's only a matter of time before many of us are wearing it!

This turquoise, chevron striped coverup that I took on our recent trip to Europe is beyond gorgeous and the perfect piece to try out the color trend! It looks very Missoni-esque (but for MUCH less)... and provides amazing coverage for the pool and beach! I also love the way it floats through the air when you walk. (I always say, "YES" to fashion drama!) And the material has a beautiful hint of metallic so it shimmers in the sunlight!

***I did NOT wear these shoes to the beach. Don't come at me about the shoes. They are just for dramatic effect.

On our last day in Positano, we rented a boat (just the family). Chris has a lot of boating experience, so it was comfortable for him to navigate. Our entire family loves being on the water, and we really enjoyed being able to explore, fish, and swim at our own pace. Gage LOVES to fish. He actually swam one-handed from the boat to a beach (fishing rod in the other hand) to try and catch some fish. Unfortunately, even with Elizabeth working tirelessly as Gage’s “fish spotter,” he only caught one tiny fish. Overall, this was one of my favorite days of the trip!

For our boating excursion, I wore one of my new favorite swimsuits. I actually have this swimsuit in two colors, because I love it so much! The cutouts on the sides are super flattering and really create/highlight the waist, which is always a MAJOR win with swimwear! For some added sun coverage, I wore a pair of lightweight knit pants and a pretty packable sunhat (that's also very affordable!).
