For the little one: These stems are made from wire so you’ll put two together and wrap the wire around the other side to connect them. Make your little bow from your favorite ribbon and you’ll connect the bow to the swag with an ornament hook. Use the tail of the ornament hook to hand the swag on top of a picture frame. For the big one: These stems are heavier so you’ll use a zip tie to connect them and cut off the tail. You’ll make your little bow out of your favorite ribbon and connect it with an ornament hook.
