I tried my hand at making some Valentine dish towels for the kitchen today. I love how beautiful they turned out and they were SO easy to create! Now I might make some pillow covers or tote bags to give as gifts. I’ll definitely be making some cloth napkins to use for Valentine’s Day dinner. So fun!

Layering white bedding in winter is my favorite! Did you know white makes a room look larger and brighter? I love using different hues of white as well as white-on-white patterns on the bed. Texture and layers (pillows, blankets, quilts, duvets, and throw blankets) add extra coziness and create a warm and inviting feel in the bedroom. White bedding contrasts beautifully with a dark wood or iron bed too. There are so many reasons to love winter whites!
