I was bringing a pasta salad dish to a summer BBQ we were invited to and realized I didn’t have a serving bowl with a lid. So, I sent my husband into Walmart to pick up this gorgeous serving bowl set. I love the variety of sizes and patterns!

New obsession unlocked: Jarred salads!

For this one, I made an Italian BMT salad using a Trader Joe’s Creamy Italian Dressing I loved.

I did dressing first, then cucumber and tomato, mozzarella, salami, ham, croutons and romaine lettuce.

I would skip the croutons next time and do something like seeds or nuts because I think they’d hold up better.

I prepped 2 days worth for both my husband I and they were fresh and delicious! I think you could get 3-4 days out of them, honestly. These jars really seal so well!

Here’s a round up of some of my favorite finds from last month!

Target had some adorable toddler boy outfits that I grabbed for my sons and these suction plates with lids have made it so easy on me to prep food for them.

Also from Target, I love this lavender top from Ava & Viv. The material is so soft and stretchy! My husband grabbed a Timberland belt and it’s incredibly good quality. The last one he had lasted years and years.

Lastly, we got the pancake dispenser to help with meal prep and wow, what a game changer!

These few broccoli hacks have made my life so much easier when I meal prep!

I love saving veggie scraps in the freezer so I’m minimizing food waste and it helps season my stocks from scratch. I use ziplock bag holders to make it even easier.

The rice cooker is my favorite way to steam veggies because I don’t have to babysit it and it’s so easy to clean after!

And kitchen scissors have been a major game changer for me when I’m prepping food!

I’m obsessed with making breakfast sandwiches using this Dash mini pancake maker. I toast my English muffins in the oven, cook some breakfast sausage in my air fryer and then crack and egg or pour some liquid egg whites in to the Dash and cook them through. It makes the perfect sized patty for the breakfast sandwiches and cooks the eggs in just about 2 minutes per! I’m able to batch a bunch of sandwiches at once and store some in the freezer. Complete mom win for the busy mornings!

Sharing some of my favorite Amazon finds that I don’t think are talked about enough!

Probably our top recent purchase is the rechargeable hand warmers! We got a two pack and they are amazing for the colder days.

If you’re looking for an aluminum free deodorant that really does the job, I’ve got that linked for you as well as my favorite at home gel nail polish.

I’m also sharing some of my recent favorite meal prep products and an awesome floodlight set we got for Christmas decorations outside but have kept up so we can do mood lighting or other holiday lighting on the outside of our home!
