One of our most important travel essentials when traveling with kids: a foldable stroller! We’ve had this one for years and it still holds up great. It folds quite small and fits in the box overhead carry on compartment of most planes. It’s also very lightweight. The stroller has a small zipper compartment attached to the shade and some space at the bottom to throw some small items. I’ll show a more detailed look of all of this soon. It is pricey but we’ve owned this one for almost 4 years and have taken it on numerous trips (including out of the country). We bought it for our 4 year old when he was a baby and now our little guy uses it! Would make a great big ticket item to add to your baby registry too if you plan on traveling with baby once they arrive. Let’s Chat 💬 Another win thanks to @VICI with this adorable black and white gingham romper with white floral embroidery details. The peek a boo back is a fun detail. You can easily wear with a regular bra or strapless bra and the stretchy bottom half of this romper makes going to the back room easier (yay)! It has a two button closure at the back of the neck but I didn’t need to open them to get it on. It’s very comfy and perfect for summer (probably my go to summer bbq outfit if I’m being honest). I sized up in the jeans per their website’s sizing tool and I’m glad I did because they fit midrise for me. I bought a medium in the top, color pearl. Still my 1.5 year olds favorite thing — his soft play set 🤍 Even my 4 year old will play on it with his brother! We’ve had it for about 3 years and it’s held up great. If you’re looking for a gift for a baby with a summer birthday but don’t want to go with a typical toy, a soft play set is a great option! A soft play set would be especially useful now with warmer wether. It’s a great way to keep little ones entertained indoors. Nothing like almost poking an eye out when doing your makeup 😅 Did I mention I was running late 🫠 so I reallllly felt rushed when I had to tack on extra time to fix the excess mascara that got under my eye. But I think I handled it well considering that I was already stressing 😆 A little trick I learned years ago was no to immediately try to wipe off mascara that got on your eyelid or under eye. Instead, it’s best to leave it and let it dry. It’ll flake off pretty easily once dry and you might only need to touch up a tiny spot inside of a big swipe of dark mascara. Was almost done getting ready when I got over ambitious with my lipstick and I looked like a 🤡 I took a breath and got to work fixing it, relying mostly on my usual conceal to cover up the over lined lipstick. The cream went on super smooth and the ingrown hair serum instantly helped any itchiness I had disappear.
