My cheats for choosing healthier by eliminating endocrine disrupters as much as possible means prep.

I buy my unbleached tampons from Organyc to help not add to my cramping and other hormone issues since there are so many toxins with sanitary products.

My cleansers and hand sanitizer has to be stored in something (they suggest dark glass to protect the essential oils and strength)

I travel a ton so a vitamin holder is best for me to keep up with my helpers. My favorite vitamins are vimergy and theralogix.

Soaps are a big flag for endocrine disrupters and I pack my clean soap in this container for travels and keep my intake down for further toxins.

Dairy free/ gluten free lunch prep for my life as a salon professional trying to keep inflammation down. This meal and these containers are pcos/ endometriosis friendly by using glass containers and clean food.
I chose spinach as the base, topping with tomato/red onion/ cucumber mixed with avocado oil and salt, pepper and lime juice. Topped with dairy free homemade taziki sauce and rotisserie chicken 🌮🫓
