When searching for these bulbs, I really wanted some that were totally clear so you couldn’t tell the difference during the day when the lights are on. I also love how real the flame effect looks, especially from the street.

☠️ Disclaimer: This is not my usual content. ☠️ My son wanted to make a graveyard in our rock garden so of course, we had to make it extra spooky. Plus, who can say no to a $3 skeleton? Bonus: I had all the other supplies at home. 🎃

Here’s what you need to make your own:

✨A white plastic skeleton
✨dark wood stain
✨paint brush
✨plastic wrap
✨heat gun or very hot hair dryer

1. Cover the entire skeleton in stain.
2. Let dry until tacky, then wrap in plastic wrap.
3. Melt the plastic onto the bones until it looks stringy and flesh-like.
4. Apply another coat of stain and let dry.

Midnight margaritas anyone? ✨ I’ve been eyeing this Amazon projector for a while and finally added it to cart after seeing this fun Halloween decor idea from @houseandhens 🧙🏼‍♀️ But the best part? Once it was time for bed, I pointed the projector at the wall and my son picked out a movie to watch!

Tailgate? Halloween party? Thanksgiving? I got you. Introducing ‘The Apple Pie Sizzler’. 🍎 I brought this to every tailgate in college and it was always a hit. But be warned: this drink is STRONG. Sip in moderation. 🍹

And for those asking, the cinnamon sugar straws are from Seasoned Straws. ✨ They’re less messy than a sugar rim but just as tasty!

Recipe:
🍎 1/2 gallon of apple cider (+ more to taste)
🍎 6-pack of hard apple cider
🍎 375 ml of cinnamon whiskey
🍎 Stir all ingredients together in a 1.5 gallon drink container and top with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.
🍎 Serve over ice with apple slices and cinnamon sugar straws.

Simple and streamlined with just a touch of spooky? I’m in. 🖤 I’ve linked everything you see here except:

Cheesecloth ghosts ✨reimagined✨. Get the Pottery Barn look for less with this elevated DIY.👇

1. Cut off any selvage (edges) of the cheesecloth fabric.
2. Mix one part water and one part Mod Podge.
3. Dip the cheesecloth in the mixture until soaked through. Wring out excess liquid.
4. Drape the fabric over your mold of choice. I used a plastic cloche and paper towel holder. Cut away the excess fabric, shape to your liking and let dry (10-24 hrs).
5. Shape any leftover fabric into a ball and tie with twine to form a mini pumpkin. Let dry. Apply orange paint once dry.
7. De-mold the cheesecloth and reshape.
6. Use hot glue to attach foam eyes and mini pumpkins to each ghost.
7. Add string lights underneath each ghostie for an extra magical finish.

Very ethereal, very magical ✨ These floating candles were just what my Halloween front porch needed.

I’ve wanted these battery-powered beauties for years and finally caved and bought them. The adhesive is STRONG so I’d be careful applying these to any painted surface, but it works amazingly on my wood beams and vinyl siding. Not a single candle has fallen in the week since they were installed. And it took less than an hour! Oh and the best part? They come with a remote-controlled wand for turning on and off. 🎃

These are exactly the classic bat shape I was looking for and the package includes a substantial mix of large, medium and small sizes.
