Mini boo bags for my son’s Montessori classroom 🎃👻

His class is ages 3–5, and as a classroom volunteer, I’ve watched them use many of these items or similar activities, so I wanted to choose things that felt fun, age-appropriate + familiar to their classroom environment. 🖤

📚 Halloween book
🖍️ Handmade spooky crayons + coloring page
🧩 Puzzle
🧸 Play-Doh
🫧 Bubble wand
🎃 Stickers
🧃 Flavored water wrapped as a mummy
🥨 Pretzels + fruit snacks

A little Halloween fun without filling their bags with random junk. 🎃

***The coloring pages were printed by me, and the Halloween books were just $1 each from Target’s Bullseye’s Playground! 🥹🖤

Everything is finally linked! 🥹🤎 I spent a lot of time sourcing high-quality felt food from independent makers and small businesses because I wanted this little farmers market to feel realistic and last for years of play. The socks, pinwheel, glow sticks, and glasses were all Target Bullseye’s Playground finds. Since those seasonal items can be hard to find, I linked a similar pair of glasses just in case. Hope this helps!

Here are the items I used to create this monthly milestone board ✨ I picked up the wooden arch board from the unfinished wood section at Hobby Lobby, but I am unable to link Hobby Lobby items on LTK so I included a similar option in case you are looking for something comparable 🤍 I used a Cricut for the wording and printed retro style photos at Walgreens to achieve the Polaroid effect 📸 Everything was assembled using hot glue to secure it in place 🎀 #monthlymilestone #firstbirthday #birthdaydiy

Here is everything I used to create this party hat. I also used the same fabric for the mini party hats I made for my daughter’s stuffies. Lastly, I did use my embroidery machine to embroider the felt with a ‘1,’ but I’m sure there are similar embroidered patches that can be used to recreate the look. #birthdaypartydecor #diybirthdaydecor #firstbirthday

Everything I used to make this beautiful fabric balloon is linked here! 🎈✨ For the pearls, I used a hot glue gun, but any hot glue gun will work. 😊 #diybirthdaydecor #firstbirthday #firstbirthdayideas
