Entering my hosting era ✨ Last night I hosted a beautiful spring themed girls dinner, full of seasonal fruits, veggies and flowers, all in the gorgeous spring color theme. Stay tuned for more details on last night’s menu and party prep!

For my entire life, I’ve watched my mom host the most amazing dinner parties, from her food to her decor to her flowers, she’s always thrown show stopping parties and recently I’m finding myself more and more like her, I guess we really do turn into our parents. However, the best thing I ever learned from my dad, not my mom, is to always clean as you go, that’s the strict regimented professional chef in him, never cook in a dirty kitchen.

Here’s a look at how my mom and I prepared for my Greek inspired dinner party. And yes don’t come at me, I know some things are not traditionally Greek, hence I’m saying inspired 😂 A special evening with my mom and girlfriends!

Menu:
•Layered homemade hummus and tzatziki dip with Greek salad toppings
•Labneh and olive dip
•Greek salad
•Spanakopita
•Dill and Greek yogurt marinated chicken and veggie skewers
•Caviar tower with homemade potato chips
•Mezze platter with dolmas, artichoke hearts, peppers and olives
•Garlic pita
