True fact: I'm fat and I honestly don't think that will ever change. There are so many things I want to do with my life and I don't want that life to consist of forever being on a diet and chasing after a number on a scale. Am I going to keep going to gym, yes. But not with the goal of losing weight. I want to go to learn to love going. I want to use that time as a way to destress, think, and unwind. This doesn't mean I'm happy with my body. As I've said before, I'll never happy with my body but that doesn't mean I can't learn to accept it. I just don't want to make my weight the center of my life.
