Ok y’all... I LOVE Pottery Barn Kids backpacks. I’m a little frustrated they are advertising 30-50% off backpacks + fr e e shipping then only giving fr e e shipping on a select few of the backpacks. I think that’s wrong. I also chatted CS yesterday and they said to call and they would honor it, but when my SIL called (and talked for 40 min) they refused to honor it except on select backpacks. However, this was also my most popular post yesterday because the prices are good and the backpacks are excellent. We use a PB Teen backpack for A’s diaper bag and then both boys have a small for preschool. It will last through next year for sure, and maybe even 1st grade. The large would def work for older kids.
