People have asked me what my opinion is on the Lemme vitamin gummy‘s. All I have to say is that I have noticed such a big difference in my overall health by taking these. These are my top three favorites. The lemme chill completely relaxes me especially in those really stressful moments. I usually take this when I’m just feeling chaos and want to mentally relax. I’m always getting asked about how I get my lashes so long and thick. I have used a lash serum in the past and this one is my favorite. As for other tips I highly recommend not using a lash curler, it breaks your lashes and it will take two weeks for another set of lashes to grow in. However, if you need to curl your lashes the heated curler is the best option. At night I put castor oil on my lashes. And lastly, if I’m not going to wear mascara I use clear mascara, if I do wear mascara I don’t use waterproof. I use the Dior show iconic over curl mascara when I want a more voluminous look, but I stick to regular carbon black telescopic mascara as my everyday. I included a couple of my other favorite lash serums. I’ve tried in the past for other options
