Who else is focusing on better hair health this year? Towards the end of last year I decided to start taking better care of my hair. I began switching up my shampoos, hair masks and looking at how I use heat on my hair.

2 months ago I introduced @forestandshoreltd Thrive Hair Oil to my routine as a weekly overnight scalp and hair treatment and I’m in love. The results speak for themselves. My hair is looking the best it has in a long time. It feels fuller and significantly more nourished.
