✨Kitchen Upgrade✨ A modern kitchen without the modern day price tag… Here’s a tip- you can infuse your kitchen with personality and bring it into the 21st century without totally gutting it! When we were looking at our wish list and our budget for our 2021 reno we knew the kitchen needed some love but we needed to save most of the dollars for the rest of the house! Luckily our kitchen was in decent shape & only needed some adjustments to make it our own. So what did we do and how much was it? First off - a wall had to come down! Then we added new lighting, a new range hood, new faucet, new bar top counter with storage built in under it, added a new pantry, & new backsplash. We didn’t touch our cabinetry, hardware, floors, or appliances! The spending was minimal for the size of this kitchen (about $5k) & it made a huge impact!
