This is a topic @katrinaaronson_consulting talks about a lot because you can’t grow if you don’t get out of your comfort zone! 🤍🌱 Today I’m sharing 3 things that make me uncomfortable: 🌱 Knowing my worth (ie charging people for my expertise) 🌱 Asking to get paid for work I provide 🌱 Wearing fun earrings (no joke... this is a thing because I have a long narrow face 😂) But in my path to grow during 2021 I’m focusing on getting out of my comfort zone and it’s working! I went from being an unemployed “volunteer” to working with some really incredible women side by side who have no only taught me a ton in a short time, but recognize what I bring to the table and compensate me accordingly! So here is my advice to you today! It PAYS to get uncomfortable! And it’s only fitting that Katrina bought me these long fun earrings for my birthday. And guess what...
