Leaning into Tip Tuesday with some more things that I did to successfully pivot my career. ✅ I updated my resume, social media and LinkedIn so I was a united front for anyone who searched me ✅ I talked to everyone I could about my career and my search in the event that they would mention my name if an opportunity came up. ✅ I donated my time to organizations and friends who needed help. ✅ I kept a spreadsheet of everyone I spoke with, what we discussed and how I followed up. If there was feedback I noted that and used it to learn from. ✅ I wrote thank you notes to people who took time out of their day to chat with me. Either via text or email but saying thank you goes A LONG WAY!!! ✅ I stayed consistent with my personal message and goals. ✅ I was a kind human being.
