To develop a strong functional core, we need to focus on exercises that promote lengthening & balancing & do more than just crunching up & straining your neck. A strong core is vital for having proper posture, balance & stability, gives you more power and helps prevent injury! 👏🏼 🌟DEEP CORE WORKOUT🌟 Repeat 3x through: ▪️Side Arm Plank - 20 seconds on each side ▪️Hundreds - inhale, 2 3 4 and exhale 2, 3, 4 - 30 seconds ▪️Dead Bugs - 10 on each side ▪️Cross body mountain climbers - 30 seconds ▪️Slow Roll Up’s - (can bend knees as mod down) up for 4 and down for 4 - 30 seconds ▪️Stretch - lengthen out that front side & breathe deep so we can avoid that shortening of the torso we usually have all throughout the day at a computer or looking down at a phone! 👉🏼How do I refuel after workouts?
