Baby girl is thriving, growing and showing off her head full of hair on my ultrasounds.

Had my last ultrasound and we are officially scheduled for a Dec 5th belly birthday ❤️‍🩹

I continue to have lots of mixed feelings about this being my last pregnancy.

Momma is staying grounded and soaking in the last few weeks of this baby bump.

32 week bump update

Can we just pause here.
A 32 week baby bump is always my favorite spot.

Also, my to do list is still to long so some extra time would be nice.

Baby girl is doing great.

She does not stop moving and gives us a show every scan..stay tuned for our in home ultrasound vlog 🫶🏻

She loves when momma gives her a massage through her belly.
And is definitely warming up for her arrival.
Braxton hicks contractions have been noticeable and picked up this week.

Momma is just living life in her favorite body suit and
Getting in a daily walk and 2 workouts a week.

Wish I could handle more but time and my body’s recovery looks very different becoming a momma of 3.

Leaning into 10 minutes movement routines has been a huge win for me for work + fit mom life balance.
