Pre workout - helps me have energy throughout my workout and the day with minimal crash!

Collagen powder - great for skin and muscle recovery

Sweet sweat band + gel - compression heat to increase sweat levels in stomach and back

Barbell pad - makes lifting heavy more comfortable

Jordan 1s - great flat shoe for lifting and stability

Headphones - duh!

Knee brace - I use these for hack squats and split squats; thank me later

Cable ankle bands - for cable kickbacks

Gloves - because who wants their hands to be ate up with calluses

Protein water - I hate the shakes but this helps me reach my protein goals for muscle growth and recovery

Gym lifting hack: get a barbell pad!

This takes some of the weight off your body and cushions to assist in preventing bruising and makes lifting much more comfortable! Especiallly for hip thrusts! I have had this one for a few months and it’s holding up nicely!
