I don’t feel brave posting myself in swimwear.
The truth is, I feel exactly the same as so many other women.

Swimwear is such a vulnerable thing to wear. You’re exposed, and finding the one that feels good isn’t easy. The fabric, the cut, the coverage, the support, the price... it all matters. That’s why I love this swimsuit. It’s simple, comfortable and unassuming. It just feels good, and sometimes that’s exactly what we need.

A good swimsuit helps but that kinder inner voice changes everything 😉 (note to self)

One costume will not work for all but many are enjoying this one so I hope it helps a few of you out this summer .

Making my own co ord with 2 favourites from this season’s recommendations ! Both featured in my holiday edit.
These shorts are loved by many - excellent quality and very flattering on the leg .
I wear a large which is roomy but I’d prefer a roomy fit on a short.
Shirt wear a medium here but the large and xl are also good on me. It’s voluminous but super light and looks good loose.

I’m talking about this shirt a lot recently , a must have in my summer capsules and a versatile piece to style with.
On holiday I’ll wear for morning coffee, as a swimsuit cover at lunch and in the evenings paired with trousers, shorts and skirts.
This is my favourite cotton one right now - it’s soft, lightweight, generous and a great price at £23 I’m wearing medium ( I would also wear large or XL - volume is great here! )

A comfy bralette just makes things easier again. Enabling you to open buttons without flashing too much - a lower neckline on a shirt ALWAYS makes it an easier wear. It also allows for a touch of summer layering as you can see through the shirt making the combo more intentional and so more interesting.
Paired with these excellent cotton trousers - relaxed & comfortable with a lovely barrel leg and pull on fit . I wear large in these .

Perfect over little vest tops , dresses , to cover shoulders, arms , swimwear etc
The lighter and drapier the more useful - no weight , no space but a hardworking layer that does day to evening with ease.
It’s a semi sheer, soft 100% cotton gauze fabric - designed to be worn loose and carefree. Quite a few shades available and I’m wearing the medium in the shirt.
