Some of my absolute favourite activewear will always be the most colourful! I love a bright pop of colour when working out, but each of these pieces are amazing no matter what shade you choose. These flared leggings from Popflex are some of my favourite. Super silky soft and comfortable, plus I love the deep purple colour! They have pockets too! The define jackets from Lululemon are a cult favourite for a reason - cinching, cute, sturdy, and perfect as a jacket in warmer weather or as a second layer under winter coats when it’s cold. I also picked up these New Balance sneakers over the summer and love them! Pro tip if you have small feet, the kids sizes are cheaper 🙊

Tala recently released some new DayFlex pieces - this line is meant to be their everyday wear pieces. Perfect for wearing to grab groceries or for your yoga or Pilates session! I got the flared bottoms in the shortest length since I am only 5’1, but they have many longer lengths as well! I size up to a large in everything at Tala, so usually wear a US 10 in bottoms and a 34DDD up top. I do wish I had gotten a medium in this sports bra as the straps are a little too long so I’m not getting as much support as I hoped! Overall a very cute set and super soft + comfy!

If you like looking especially peachy in your leggings, these ones from Halara might be perfect for you! They feature a cinching compressive fabric to snatch your waist, plus this particular style has bum enhancing sections to lift your booty! I like these ones for working out, because the extra support is nice for weightlifting, but they look amazing too! Plus like all Halara leggings they are available in tons of colour options!

Workout Wednesday! These leggings from Halara are super comfy and soft. They fit like a second skin and come in tons of different colours! I love this style personally, but if you prefer a more compressive fit I would encourage you to try their SoCinched line!

Cute and comfortable in pink! I got this jacket last year for Christmas and it was one of my favourite gifts! I do like the lululemon Wunder train leggings as well, but today I went with my leggings from Popflex instead! They are buttery soft and I really love them for hikes or walking the dog!

The Aerie Real Me line of workout wear and athleisure is one of my all time faves. I wear them way more often than my lululemon aligns because I find them much comfier! They go on sale regularly, so I never recommend paying full price for them, but they will last you years of regular wear and are great for both lounging + the gym!

I love both the Cloudful and Patitoff lines from Halara, but I do think it can be confusing to tell the difference! In general, the Cloudful fabric is thinner and feels “barely there”. I would compare it most closely to a lululemon align in terms of comfort and softness. The Patitoff leggings are super comfy and fit similar to the Aerie Real Me leggings, but with the benefit of repelling hair, dirt, and dust! Got some cat hair stuck to you? No problem - just wipe it away with your hand and it falls off! They are great for activities like helping people move or playing with pets + kids!

I’ve been getting back into the usual swing of working out daily and colourful outfits like this one have really been helping to motivate me! I used to exclusively buy the Align range of leggings from lululemon, but I feel like I am a Wunder Train covert! These ones are silky smooth, have an internal band to tighten them as needed, and coke in loads of cute colours!

The best workouts need great comfortable activewear! I personally love to wear something that feels like a second skin and doesn’t get in the way of my workouts at all. I have had this workout romper from Old Navy for literally years and love it! It is especially great for Pilates or yoga, but I also like wearing it for weightlifting! 🧘‍♀️🏋️‍♀️
