2 things I use every day as a girl with hyperpigmentation & extra water retention:

-the Omnilux red light therapy mask
(This is the exact one my Aesthetics NP recommended after looking at all the stats) it’s only 10 minutes a day and you can carry on as you use it as there’s face holes!

-The Skinny Confidential Mint Roller for my super puffy face and neck in the morning. It’s duel-ended to sculpt different areas of your face and stays cold way longer than the rest! This one is the best, but I’ll link more affordable options below! 👇🏼

I finally did the research & found the perfect ice roller to de-puff my face & body!🧊

I wake up super puffy around my eyes and eye brows, so I use this to sculpt my jawline and face. It works amazing!

You can bring it on the go as it stays cold for hours. I see a visible difference every day after using this!!

Current self-tanning sitch! I use the dry brush to exfoliate in the bath, then I fully shave, apply the St. Tropez tanning mousse, then rinse off the next morning☀️
