I tried Mouth Tape for the first time last night and got the most amount of REM sleep I’ve ever gotten since I started tracking with my Oura Ring 10 months ago! Excited to keep trying it. This Mouth Tape wasn’t irritating at all and didn’t hurt to take off this morning. It has a little hole where you can breathe and/or take a drink of water through a straw with! It just came back in stock, so if you’re interested, I’d order before it sells out again. 👄🤐

Got a question about my blender from someone looking for a blender to make smoothies!

I *LOVE* this Blendtec blender. I chose it over the Vitamix way back when because the blades aren't sharp and the jars are dishwasher safe even though the blades don’t remove from the jar. They're pricey, but honestly so worth it. I bought mine 2016 or 2017 - I've ran it 768 times from the counter on the front and it's still perfect.
