If you have fine curls, this gel by Adwoa works super well in hydrating and smoothing the hair for less frizz. However, I have type 4 high porosity fine coily curls and while it have me great definition, the hold didn't last. Nevertheless it's a good gel but works better for fine low density curls that don't require a strong hold.💕
