SELF-CARE SUNDAY| 🏖 Beach days really are the best days. I had been craving salt air, vitamin sea and sand for the past few weeks. Spending a few hours frolicking in the water, sitting on the beach and just feeling the sand in between my toes and the sun on my face was heavenly. Just what I needed to get my mind right. ⁣ ⁣ I am a beach girl ... it’s kind of obvious if you just scroll through our feed. Ya’ll, I’ve been very lucky, I’ve sun bathed on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. But let me tell you, I was so happy to spend a few hours on this beach fronting the Long Island Sound that I didn’t quite know how to act.
