Just a couple easy casual Friday outfits for work that still look professional.

I like the navy blue button up with the dark wash denim for a monochromatic look.

The blue and white striped button up is a bit of a brighter look and makes me think of Martha Stewart for some reason!

The brown bag is incredible! This is the highest quality and the leather is buttery soft!!

What is it about a classic look that I love so much? 🧐

I love this blazer as it has some elements of a classic design but has a bit of modern punch with the oversized houndstooth pattern. It comes with a belt as it’s a bit oversized and this gives it a more polished look.
The skirt is easy to wear and has very flattering lines.

I thought this was such a cute wrap bracelet - it’s a more casual look but adds a ton of flair to an outfit. They say it’s made of leather but the price does not reflect that! It’s so affordable!

The 3 pillars of a polished look (according to me 😉)

1. Clothes that fit well.
It doesn’t matter what size or shape you are, choose pieces that compliment your body.

My personal opinion is a blazer finishes an outfit quite nicely and almost looks universally good if the right shape and length is chose.
This Burberry blazer is very special to me as it was gifted to me by my sister in law ❤️

Choose a complimentary color scheme
I love a monochromatic look. I always think that looks elegant.

Layers are also a great way to add dimension and interest in an outfit.

3. Thoughtful accessories
It amazes me the difference a handbag makes to the overall look of an outfit.
It doesn’t have to be expensive; just proportional and appropriate for the occasion.

Jewelry always adds a nice touch… some outfits call for statement pieces while others call for simple and refined. It’s a great way to show your personality!
