Here are some of my top suggested books if you’re curious about a natural birth and postpartum recovery. I was suggested these by many moms before me and the midwives in my birthing course and birthing center!
I’m not a huge reader but this definitely started my education off in a beautiful way because these books are not fear based, and focus on how to lean into the way we are created!

I never do well with taking vitamins so you won’t hear much about this from me 🥲 but my iron was low at my last blood draw and the midwives suggested these supplements to help me boost + absorb more iron! The ritual is my normal vitamin and the others are specifically for iron levels and are really trusted brands of mine!
