Behind the scenes on a recent PBS KIDS shoot 🎬 This interview featured a mom sharing how Carl the Collector has positively impacted her daughter, who is autistic and deeply connects with Carl's character (also autistic). Representation matters, and it was inspiring to witness firsthand how meaningful that connection can be for families. The makeup direction was simple: polished, natural, and camera-ready. My goal was to enhance her features while keeping the look authentic, comfortable, and true to who she is.
