I’ve been struggling to keep up with Chloe’s growth lately! She grows out of her clothes and diapers extremely quickly, but the one thing that’s keeping up is the kick and play piano!

The songs WILL get stuck in your head but it’s so fun and engaging for your little ones 🖤 It also has multiple settings so it grows with your baby! From kicking on her back, to tummy time, to standing and to walking… it’s perfect for development!

🥹 Our white Doberman is named Zero after the ghost dog from Nightmare Before Christmas… so of course I had to get Chloe this Zero plush/blankie.

The perfect summer stroller set up 👌

This fan is my favorite because of its “natural wind” setting that changes speed. It just seems easier on Chloe. Not pictured, but linked below, is the bottle/mug and cellphone attachment that’s strong enough to carry my Stanley completely full. The nuns cup holder wasn’t able to hold a Stanley (I learned the hard way so you don’t have to 😅).

Our baby has been with us for three weeks now! 💕

We originally were thinking of a rocking chair that was reeeeeally expensive but we ended up getting this one from Target instead. We’re so glad we did! Everyone loves sitting in it and holding baby Chloe 👼🏻

Chloe’s wake windows are loooooong, like awake most of the day long 😅. We read books, do the baby bjorn bouncer, tummy time, and lots of “kick and play” on this fisher price piano! Chloe loves the music mirrors and toys to grab at!

Another day, another wetland walk! My goal this month is to get out for at least one walk a day. Next month 10k steps a day, and then the month after that I start running again!

I signed up for a half marathon in September to motivate myself to keep active! So glad we got a Nuna stroller! It’s smooth, comfortable for Chloe and me, and has tons of attachment options 🖤

We were gifted several types of burp cloths but our favorite have been the Burt’s bees by far. They’re softer, very absorbent, and have a lot of surface area.

Highly recommend for anyone with a baby or expecting!!

Ok, this is definitely one of those baby items that I was like “What the heck???” when I saw the price tag…. But everyone I know and trusted swore by it and now I’m swearing by it too!

Baby Chloe is finally big enough to sit in it and she will play in it for 20-40 mins no problem. I also was worried the toy bar wouldn’t entertain her but… it does 😅. She freaking loves this thing and it buys me enough time to eat a meal, get a chore done, or just exist without holding her for a bit 😅

The price tag will have you going cross eyed at first but I swear it’s worth every penny.

🍼 Baby Chloe is almost seven weeks old and there’s a few things I’ve learned… very quickly… as a new mom 😅

1. Breastfeeding is HARD and might not work out as you planned (for several reasons).

2. Cleaning and sanitizing bottles at 3am while your baby screams for food is absolute torture.

3. Making a formula bottle while sleep deprived is not easy 😅

First I ordered more bottles so we always had clean ones ready, then I got the sanitizer so I didn’t have to boil bottles one by one, then the shelves to hold the extra bottles… then finally I got the baby brezza.

The New Born phase is harder than I thought it would be, and every little thing helps 💗🍼

Not a glamorous photo, but the New Born phase isn’t a glamorous time. 😅 Since baby Chloe is in our room with us for a few months, we made a temporary changing area in our room too. We also keep other items we might need quickly like a baby thermometer and burp cloths in the caddy.

🍼 My current view… the nursery isn’t the cleanest it’s ever been but it’s not the messiest either 😅 Taking that as a win! Baby Chloe and I love our rocking chair from Target and the ocean white noise setting on our hatch. The chandelier lighting that can be dimmed also helps set the calming vibes ☺️

We searched for the perfect rocker/glider for the nursery for over five months… but I think we found it! S and I both love the chair so much we come into the nursery just to sit in it, AND I can rock baby girl to sleep already and she’s still inside me 😅🎀
