I am absolutely DYING over these FP-inspired look for less fleece overalls in army green (called green on Amazon). #1 they are SO cozy and comfy, and #2 the are ADORABLE. They are TTS, and I’m in a Medium. Underneath I’m wearing a white fitted long-sleeve tshirt that has a nice weight to it and lots of stretch (also a Medium). I got it in a 3-pack with a black and brown one, as well. I finished it off with Nike court legacy sneakers, gold hoops, and my Jennifer Ponson gold jewelry.

Cold and rainy weather in south Louisana calls for warm layers!

I love this FP look for less sweater in white from Amazon with a fitted white ribbed long-sleeve tee underneath for added warmth. I paired it my favorite super inexpensive Shein faux skinny pants in army green with fleece-lined tights underneath, warm socks, black Chelsea boots, and my favorite army green midi length puffer vest.

As a reminder for reference, I am 53, 5’8, and 140ish pounds, and I’m in my true size medium in everything. Boots are TTS.

I love how inexpensive yet well made and versatile both of these pieces are. The last time I wore this sweater I wore it tucked into a pleated miniskirt with a belt for a cute date night look. Today it’s untucked and super casual. The material feels like I’m wearing a Barefoot Dreams blanket! Y’all know these faux leather skinny pants from Shein are on repeat for me. I have them in 4 or 5 colors because at under $20, it just makes sense. I’m in a medium in both.

This Free People look for less of the Hailee Sweater Skirt Set from Amazon is TOP NOTCH! The fit is very similar to the real deal and so is the material. The color is a little different, but this one won’t show dirt or stains as easily as the one from FP. This one doesn’t run as big as the FP one, so if you’re not into the really oversized fit, this would also be a good choice for you. This one comes in sizes S-XL, and I’m in a medium. I’m wearing my taupe suede knee boots from Target, brown fleece-lined sheer looking tights from Amazon for the added warmth needed in December. Annnnnd here she is. The all-black look for less of the Free People Eleanor Sweatshirt Dress. I am in LOVE. I’ve got to say that this is, hands down, my favorite one of all the ones I have. So chic. Especially with fleece-lined black opaque tights and Chelsea boots. I just love a good monochromatic look. It’s so classy and looks so put together. The color and the Chelsea boots give it a bit of an edgier vibe than some of the other ones I own. I finished it off with all of my Jennifer Ponson jewelry and everyday gold jewelry from Amazon.

As someone whose weight has significantly fluctuated the majority of my life, I get so excited when I find clothes that are size inclusive and this outfit fits that bill. The cropped sweater from Amazon’s The Drop Collection is available in XXS-5X and comes in 8 color options. I’m in a medium in the color Heather Mushroom. It’s meant to be a bit oversized and boxy.

The faux leather skinny pants from Shein have a lot of stretch and come in sizes XS-5X and 14 colors! I’m in a medium in black.

Under the cardigan I’m wearing a long-sleeved pretty fitted white ribbed tshirt and have paired it all with black cowboy boots. The tshirt comes in XS-XXL and 16 colors All from Amazon.

My jewelry is a mix of finer jewelry from Jennifer Ponson Designs (code Lauren10), Nickel and Suede earrings and super affordable Amazon pieces, as well. My headband is from Target.

Is the Hailee Sweater Skirt set worth the hype? Yes, my friends. Yes it is.

It can be worn year round and easily be dressed up or down. I think it would be perfect to travel in. It’s a bit of a splurge at $108, but both the sweater and the skirt can be styled separately with so many other things, that I think it justifies the price. It comes in 6 colors and in sizes XS-XL. I am in the medium.

Today’s outfit of the day is not only comfortable and cozy, it’s also tres chic. It’s perfect for a day of teaching, shopping, lunch with the girls, or a casual day at the office. This Free People inspired sweater in white is oversized and cozy and feels a lot like wearing a Barefoot Dreams blanket. I’m wearing it untucked with my new favorite faux leather skinny pants in army green from Shein. They are super inexpensive but don’t look it AT ALL. You may remember when I wore them a week or so ago in navy, and loved them so much I quickly ordered them in 4 more colors. They range in price from $14-$19, and are super stretchy and extremely well made. I’ve paired them with taupe suede platform ankle boots (unfortunately no longer in stock, but I linked a few options at different price points). My jewelry is a combination of finer jewelry and super affordable pieces from Amazon, Etsy and Nickel and Suede.

Like Free People but not the price tag? Well today’s OOTD is for you! AND it’s from the Tall Girl Approved retailer Ugerlov. All of the retailers are good, but I find that this one is a bit longer on 5’8 me. I size up on the ones from other retailers.

This is the color called Light Brown. I’ve paired it with the opaque fleece-lined black tights, black cowboy boots, a headband and all my typical gold jewelry. Everything is Amazon except the beautiful hand-crafted necklaces from Jennifer Ponson Designs and bracelet from Gorjana.

Free People vest is $98, comes XS-XL, and just added a 3rd color today. It is only left in stock in XS.

Amazon vest is $35.99 and comes in 6 colors. It comes in sizes S-XL (no XS option). I am wearing a MEDIUM in the color BLUE.

Both are 100% polyester

Same mixed media material, same pockets, same silhouette, same times on the sides. Side note: The contrast between the Sherpa and the placket is not nearly as pronounced as it appears in the video lighting. There is a contrast, but it’s not anywhere near as great as it looks in my video.

$Can we take a moment for another incredible FP look for less from Amazon? I sized up to a large in this Camden-inspired sweatshirt for a longer length. It's supposed to be oversized, so the roomier the better as far as I'm concerned. It has the same exposed seams, notched cuffs and hem. Great quality for a fraction of the cost of the original. It comes in a ton of colors, and for the price I felt like I could buy several to wear with different bottoms. Looks great with jeans, skirts, and leggings #LTKstyletip #LTKmidsize #LTKover40$

Can we take a moment for another incredible FP look for less from Amazon?

I know I’ve done a comparison twice - once in purple and one in navy and cream stripes. This time I wanted to get the white in and really do a side-by—side because this is the most apples-to-apples as you can get.

Here’s what I found:

Material:
➡️ FP is 100% cotton
➡️ Amazon is 85% cotton and 15% polyester

The bottom portion of the white version is a bit sheer from both FP and Amazon, so that is a wash.

I think dimensions are a tad bit different, but for the price difference, it’s a no-brainer.

I sized up to a large for a longer length. It’s supposed to be oversized, so the roomier the better as far as I’m concerned.
