Be on the lookout for things that can make your life easier during all the holiday sales. For instance, I snagged this Fire tv for a GREAT price. It is a smart tv so i dont have to buy anything else to go with it for it to work. It also restored all the settings from my fire cube so all I had to do was plug it in! So awesome. Lilly can be expensive... but there are pieces you can grab that can be staples that aren't ad pricey as others
Emora pants are a happy medium to wearing sweatpants everyday vs full on trouser pants.
They are comfy like sweatpants with an elastic waist but with the prints they usually elevate the look.

I also cannot bring myself to purchase Golden Goose shoes like a lot of yall. But I grabbed these from #founditonamazon and I have a lot of people ask me about them and how much they were constantly.

Try it Tuesday is a new smudge proof lipstick ! I tried it all day today after seeing that my normal coral red Lipstick was all over my straw on my cup, all over my hands and yes all over my face. What a mess.
I had seen this on my socials and thought meh why not. I'll try and see if it is legit. IT IS!
I was shocked. Let it sit and fully dry. Use 2 coats. Washes off with soap and water no makeup remover needed.

I snagged this dress plus the matching minnie dresses for my 2 girls. This has red And pink because we all know Lilly Pulitzer doesn't really "do red" and if they do, it's never very well haha
The way they incorporate red is as if they hate having to do it so they just make it awful for everyone so they have an excuse to not have to do it anymore.
I get that the original lady didn't like red, but newsflash she also bankrupt the company and it was bought out by people who had to try and revive it. I think a lot of the old mentality around Lilly Pulitzer clothing needs to be pushed out the door.
- no red
- not for curvy or plus size people
- slim cut and tight fitting everything to try and minimize what styles people with curves can even wear
- the constant cat prints
- also for all the boob jobs people with endless amounts of money get, these sure aren't top heavy clothes
What should stay/come back is the quality it USED to have. The quality of the dresses has been going downhill as they crank UP the prices trying to appeal to the "exclusive" crowd again. Umm.. fyi marketing staff, those people are wearing $5000+ outfits, not a Lilly dress, unless they're doing their gardening themselves for a change. 😅 THEN maybe they would throw on a Lilly dress for $300
The mentality around Lilly is slowly slowly changing. There are still PLENTY of people who turn up their nose to anyone larger than a size 4 wearing it but no one ever inspired change by not challenging status quo.

They're BACK! elf on the Shelf in full swing in December. We went all out this year and got new Christmas bedding. I was originally looking at the Pottery Barn kids bedding but let's face it, at 4 and 6 my kids are not going to take good care of something that costs that much!
