Here were my mastectomy must haves!

Here is my official round up of everything you need, if you’re having a mastectomy with reconstruction.
1. I could not believe all of the medication’s and vitamins I was taking. This pill case and medication stickers came in. Super helpful! Even even several weeks out, I would still occasionally need a muscle relaxer or a Tylenol. I also now take daily vitamins to assist with information and hopes of not getting another capsular contractor.
The waistband was designed by the doctors that work at the center for restorative breast surgery in New Orleans. It is extremely soft and hold your drains close to your body, making it easier to wear clothes.
The breast pillow linked is something I could not have lived without. I laid it on me when I laid on the couch to protect my chest from kids and dogs. I also sleep with it and it helps me not roll to my side. Not only does it at home, but I take it with me in the car to protect my chest from my seatbelt while driving. Juven is clinically proven to assist wound healing and was recommended by both my wound care specialist, and my plastic surgeon.
This Bra from soma is very soft! I bought two sizes going into surgery since I wasn’t sure what size I was going to be when I woke up. The hospital will want you to wear their bra for the first couple of weeks but then you can transition into this bra.
These Amazon, pajamas are my favorite. Super soft and of course a front with buttons is a must.
I have gotten a ton of views out of the eye mask. I took it with me to the hospital and still use it at home. Your sleep schedule is super strange the first couple of weeks while you’re on medication so this comes in handy quite often.
