I was pretty skeptical on these, but they taste super similar to me, just not as sour and the servings are good sized (more than I eat in a sitting). They do have a good amount of fiber (and from reviews if you eat too many, they have "cleansing" properties 😅)!

I got a completely unsolicited raving review from Noelle who had 2 friends over swimming the other day. She came RUNNING downstairs to tell me that it glided like butter through all 3 of their hair! Noelle's hair wasn't a big surprise, she has thick hair, but manageable, but both of her friends have very curly hair that isn't as easily managed! I will say for me, I like them for wet, but still prefer Hippih for dry... Way better than wet brush for me though!
