The absolute cutest teapot in the world! I love that there is a magnet on the top, so it won’t dispense tea unless the pot is connected. It’s a cool design! I will warn it is a bit fragile, so be careful, but I still absolutely love it.

There isn’t a lot that shoppable in my post today, but there are a few things that they’re all really cute, particularly in my pink pumpkin tea, kettle, and my bird teapot. Also, I’m only about a fourth of the way into this book, but so far it’s definitely interesting. It one book of the year over on Book of the Month, so I am very curious to see where it goes.

Everything I used to make my first batch of body butter!

Recipe:
You need to sanitize your jar(s) before adding your lotion to them. I washed mine first with hot water and soap. Then I filled them with boiling hot water and let it sit for 10 minutes.

1 cup shea butter
1/2 cup almond oil
1 tbs jojoba oil
1/2 tbs beeswax
1 tsp vitamin E oil
40-50 drops rose essential oil
40-50 drops gardenia essential oil

1. Add shea butter, almond oil, jojoba oil and beeswax to a double boiler. Cook on low until fully melted.
2. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
3. Add vitamin E oil, rose essential oil and gardenia essential oil and mix. I tend to put a bit more than you are supposed to, so if you are unsure, maybe start with 30 of each for your first batch.
4. Move mixture to fridge for 10-15 minutes until soft, but scoopable.
5. Use a hand mixer to whip until creamy.
6. Add to sanitized jars and refrigerate.
7. You can make a loose paste of 1 tsp corn starch mixed with jojoba oil to help thicken if need be.

This lotions should be good for 3-6 months at room temperature stored in a dark place. It should last 6-12 months refrigerated

Ever since I did my toiletscape in the master bathroom, I have been obsessed with toilet bolt covers. I like to call them jewelry for your toilet. Lol. There are endless cute ones out there. I would leak even more here if I could. It’s just the most darling way to add a little pocket of joy in your bathroom. I now have a set for each bathroom in the house!
