My final Thorne recommendation (for now)! I've always taken pill form collagen but needed to remove some pills from my supplement routine to make room for more important ones. My hair/skin/nails really noticed a difference without collagen, so I've been adding this unflavored version to my coffee every morning. I love it! No weird smell or aftertaste. Froth it with your milk and you won't even know it's there!

A smoothie add-in from Thorne with great benefits for your cycle! It has a very strong berry scent and flavor so I really can't take it unless it's in a smoothie. In my opinion, it's too strong to mix with plain water as the instructions outline. My PCOS friends will love this!

Another incredible product from Thorne! Do your research on efficacy of Vitamin D. It's best ingested with the pairing of Vit K2 in liquid form for most folks. No taste or smell to this and a few tiny drops a day is all you need. Love!

IYKYK. Foot pads that pull out all the toxins in your body while you're asleep. Wear socks over them and wake up so refreshed. Sick? Post-vaca cleanse? These things are tiny but mighty and I swear by them.

Another lovely daily SPF! On the pricier side but worth it if you're looking for a clean sunscreen splurge. Goes on white but melts down to skin tone and does not pull under makeup. Lasts and protects beautifully at the beach or just as casual daily wear.

A gorgeous + clean-ingredient sunscreen! Goes on as a body oil with slight shimmer (but not weird or gritty glitter). Perfect scent that isn't overwhelming and honestly so beautiful on. I was hesitant but have used this exclusively all summer and fall (in the South 🤪). Great price point and a little goes a long way. SPF 50 and one layer lasted me almost all day on the beach/lake.
