You may think I am a bad mom, but if any of my 3 kiddos comes near me before at least 7 am (now that we are all at home 24/7 it’s more like 8 am) they get greeted with the palm of my hand. My hand is a reminder to them that they aren’t allowed to engage with me, unless its an emergency of course, until the stated time. See, I need my #morningmetime -period end of story. I start my day asking God to put something in front of me I need for that day. I typically grab a book of my shelf and just open it. I often read and reread the same sections of the same books over time & I rarely read them from front to back.
