I tried the tension rod trick and it works great! ✅

I have permanent hooks in my trim in the other room and I don't like it.

The command strips pulled up the paint and some of the mdf and the damage is still visible.

Using a tension rod is a pro move that I will be using every year from now on!

These peel and stick tiles are the best! They have the amazing veining and coloring that I can't stop recommending them to everyone!

You can easily cut them with a box cutter and a straight edge or for straight/perpendicular cuts, I used my flooring plank cutter because I'm not trustworthy with a box cutter 😂

Sometimes the only thing you need to do is what you can. Today that means a new light and some styling

I got this light at a Builders Surplus. It is slightly damaged and was missing some piece but I loved it so I was going to do what I could to fix it

Same with the ikea credenza. Bought it in the As-Is section and replaced a hinge and suddenly I have a fully functional cabinet

I'm slowly making this house our home
