My new favorites for wash day! I was pleasantly surprised at how well these bars cleansed my scalp and conditioned my hair. I’ve always been a bit skeptical when it came to shampoo and conditioner bars. So I made sure to put some extra research into brands, their ingredients, and reviews from women with a similar hair texture to mine. As a wavy, curly girl, I’m excited to say that I’ll continue to use Kitsch’s castor oil line in my routine.

I’ve been trying to find a good clean foundation. Kosas’ skin improving foundation does it all. It offers medium coverage while protecting my skin, acting as an SPF. And it does cause breakouts for me. Another big bonus is that it stays on throughout the day without the need to reapply. Their clear brow gel and lip oil are a perfect addition to my makeup bag for those on-the-ho touch ups

My current CLEAN beauty favorites. Tower 28 has an amazing brown mascara that I’ve been loving the past few days, it’s my favorite mascara ever. And I love their shade match and coverage on their concealers. ILIA’s brow pencil offers a natural and fuller look without all the extra endocrine disrupting ingredients in products I used to use. Here’s to using cleaner products in 2025!
