My Eddie Bauer rain jacket has come with me on SO many warm weather hiking adventures. My favorite feature is the zippers at the armpits to keep the air flowing. Mine is a few years old (and still in great shape!) so they don’t have my color anymore.

It’s easily adjustable so both myself and my husband can use it. Holds children up to 42 lbs and has both a sun shade and a rain cover!

If you have any winter hikes coming up, make sure you all have proper winter traction devices. Micro spikes are designed for use on ice and packed snow on *relatively * level terrain such as hiking trails. These are the micro spikes we have for our kids!

My husband swears by these Xero minimalist winter boots. He has been strengthening his arches for two years now by being barefoot and wearing minimalist shoes. He has been incredibly happy with these boots and says they have kept his feet warm and dry on every snowy hike.

My ride or die hiking shoes: Brooks Cascadia Trail Runners! I’ve had this pair since 2019 and they are STILL comfortable! They are ultra lightweight with extra grip on the ground. It’s like you’re wearing comfy sneakers hiking, except with these you won’t slip around 😍
