The awards gala is my favorite part of our national conference, obviously lol! We all get a chance to dress up and celebrate our accomplishments. This dress is my favorite from Eloquii because it is so simple yet elegant and is always on sale (including right now!!!!)

Combined with these gold accessories, I’m in love 🥰! I couldn’t find the exact shoes but I found great options at various price points .

I love professional headshots, but they can be slightly stressful because the makeup! This is my guide to my updated headshots and the makeup behind the final look. I’m thinking this is suited to long content so be on the lookout for a YouTube video later this week! I have to say the standout products of this look are the Christian Dior Foundation and Lancôme Monsieur Big mascara. Also the Huda Beauty Setting powder in Kunafa and MAC setting spray combination are game changers when it comes to pulling everything together (giving my skin that amazing glow 😍).

I love makeup!! A friend suggested I do a makeup video, it stuck in my head and here we are. Head over to my socials for the full video, but if you’re here you want the details on the products. I don’t wear primer so the Sunday Riley kit linked below gives you an idea on how to prime your face in the way I do and try the products economically. Also check out my skincare video to see how I prepare my face for the evening.

I really think the most important products are the Juvia’s Place blush, topped with the Fenty Rose Rave topper, Huda Beauty’s setting powder and Sunday Riley’s Pink Drink coupled with the MAC Fix + 24 hour setting spray. When these products meld on my skin, it’s something magical and the glow is effortless.

If I need more coverage, or my day is going to be longer, I’ll reach for the Christian Dior concealer instead of Lancôme and my face looks the same. Let’s chat if y’all have questions! Makeup and skincare my favorite topics!

I love skincare and wanted to share my favorite items. I also wanted to share some great tips to trying these products on a budget (cause I’m looking out for y’all, it’s hard out here ❤️‍🩹). Sunday Riley has these great gift kits with over 5 products. You get generous sample sizes that last about a month, and you can try these products to see if the regimen works for under $100. When you do commit to the full size (and you will) most of these products last over 2 months (the creams last 3-5 for me).

I have combination skin that is prone to breakouts, so the U.F.O. Oil is my favorite, and alternative that works a bit slower is La Roche Posay Dual Action Acne Treatment. And y’all know at night I swear by my Estée Lauder Night Repair (thank you Mommy). I hope I’ve given y’all some good info today because skincare is so important and can be expensive. These are products I swear by because I use them and love them.

I love a simple white shirt and jeans, it’s such a classic look and can be styled in so many ways. This is a great weekend look that is also for my office workers, because layering is key when in a cold office y’all! This look starts with the Bombshell skinny jeans fromTtorrid that fits amazingly and keeps its shape throughout the day. I think the number one thing that I’ve learned when it comes to dressing yourself is: If it looks good and the quality is there, price really doesn’t matter. So let me let y’all in on a little secret SHEIN has some of the best white button down shirts around for the low (especially if you are young and building your work wardrobe). When it comes to accessories I’m wearing my usuals Coincidentally all of the sweaters I used in this video were from H&M.

I’ve been living in an oversized blazer lately! It’s so easy to throw on for work and super comfortable as well, with a legging it’s super chic and stylish. This is part 1 of how I style an oversized blazer, an all black or monochromatic base is the easiest way to go. I love this blazer from H&M as well as this cowl neck jersey shirt. With gold accessories and some comfortable loafers I’m out the house in seconds (as you can see) and there is nothing easier than that for a Monday!

I saw these oversized jeans and thought, hmmmm, how can I style these to fit my body? Every trend isn’t for everybody, but I am a firm believer of trying and this trend is one we can make work ladies! Before investing in an expensive I first went to SHEIN and got a pair to make sure I could pull it off (pro tip).

About last night…yesterday started Pride Month, and I went out with a friend to the kickoff party in town. It was great to get out and have a little fun. It was the longest week ever but i made it! The culmination of women in construction week was a low key Mardi Gras themed gala and I finally got a chance to wear these pants! I decided to go a bit more casual, no dress, and just embrace the sequins. And this look is all Eloquii size 18 and 18/20 for reference.

I love this dress! Not only does it photograph well, but the fit is great! Obviously Eloquii (I really hit that Black Friday sale hard y’all 😂) this dress is an 18 but I could have sized down to a 16, because the waist is a little baggy. My seamstress will see me very soon!

However, I think the real show stopper with this look is the faux fur coat! I mean Coming to America anyone!!! All I need is a gold tourqe and I’m set! I think this is the dress for an event this year, check out my instagram @natalyejackson in early February to see how I style it. For now I’ll just dream 😍❤️😉.
