… some accessories for serving up surf side fun (see last post). These serving pieces (wooden charcuterie boards for the perfect surf-theme candy board, reusable shell bamboo plates and disposable options too) will be perfect for any summer soirée. Use the letter / number cookie cutters to customize candy boards with initials, names, words, zip codes, sports numbers, etc. (Multiple tiny boards with one initial each would be super cute at a kids’ party!) Some sea-theme sprinkles are always a good assist too! ✨

Surf’s Up! ☀️🌊🏄🏼‍♀️🏄🏼‍♂️
… the sweetest sea theme candy board! Perfect for gifting or for a summer event!

Tips:
✨if gifting (or making for other than yourself), a layer of press ‘n seal on the cutting board before candy is a nice touch (cling wrap on top if needed)
✨ lay a base of ‘waves’ and ‘rocks’ with the rock candy and blue sour grass
✨ if adding a name, word, zip code or initials, put the cookie cutter down on top of the waves (press down slightly firmly to keep in place) and fill with some kind of tiny candy (Nerds work well)
✨ decorate around - you could do a sky / sunset down to waves rock style, a symmetrical pattern - anything you want! layer as you go!

Great book I often recommend for gifting - love the values it celebrates, and especially the aesthetic fonts and fact that the book tents to sit on a shelf. (My mom has it on her kitchen island for all 11 of my nephews / nieces to absorb, but I think the adults like it just as much!)✨
