Unlacquered brass kitchen hardware from Rejuvenation. I used a combination of ball knobs, bin pulls, drawer pulls and oval cupboard latches to achieve a timeless and curated look for my kitchen. I love that the unlacquered brass will patina over time and add character.

Very obsessed with this coat. It’s a splurge and I just signed three kids up for Summer camp so I’ve saved all my favorite chic coats in one place at all price points. I hope one of you buy this and send me pics.

I know there’s 2 feet of snow on the ground and it’s actively snowing again, but hear me out. My viral Walmart swivel set that always sells out is back! $1396 for sofa, 2 swivel chairs and a table (donate the table and replace it with a nice one to elevate the whole set)

Today’s the last day of the @arhaus 30% off sale. I use their sectionals in so may projects because they’re high quality, family friendly, and they have a great upholstery protection plan.

This gua sha stone literally works so well im in disbelief. I use it every morning and I can noticeably see a difference in the puffiness and glowiness in my face immediately. Highly recommend!

I’ve had the Skylight for one day and I’m already obsessed with it. The kids were excited to do their tasks this morning to earn stars and I didn’t have to nag them to brush teeth, etc, I added Joe’s complicated firehouse schedule with the microphone feature and all of our sports apps are synced. So far I highly recommend! I bought from Target with my pickup order because I’m impatient and it cost me $50 more so don’t be like me. Buy it direct from their website.

Enjoying the neutral New Year home view

obsessed with my new entryway cabinet that hides allllllll the things that come with 4 kids

Yes we’re all trying to be minimalists and shop local and avoid buying too much, BUT if I were buying big ticket items for my home, this is the time I would buy them. I actually keep a list of things in my phone that I want to buy when those sales hit because 30% off makes a BIG difference (a.k.a it’s basically free).

Here are the top things I’d be buying right now while they’re on sale:

1. Kitchen plumbing fixtures, sinks, runners and hardware. Hardware is a sneaky one that adds up at the end of the renovation. If you plan for it ahead of time you won’t be surprised and can get exactly what you want.

2. Sofas and sectionals $$$. These are one of the most-used pieces in the home so investing in something that will wear well and last for your family makes complete sense. You can literally save thousands if you buy while they’re on sale.

3. Bathroom vanities. Off the shelf vanities can work really well in spaces that don’t require custom measurements.

4. Beds and mattresses. I can’t tell you how obsessed I am with my Saatva mattress. I use them in every project now because I sleep like a baby. Bought mine last Black Friday and saved over $600! Also the Tilly bed frame from Wayfair is always a go to.

5. Storage! I bought my Urban Ourfitters Mason cabinet years ago during a sale and I love it so much. It’s the baby sister to the Anthropologie Fern cabinet which is another go to. It’s polished and holds all the things for hosting in one chic place.

The living room at our Humarock Project is one of our favorite spaces we’ve ever done. The simplicity of white shiplap with rustic pine beams is a combination we’ll never get tired of and this room allows them to be the star of the show.

We designed these custom built ins and diamond pocket doors to create symmetry, storage and a place to showcase beautiful things. When our client told us they wanted sky blue sofas we said ok how about two!? We love how the mirrored sofas add to the summetry and create the perfect spot for hanging with friends by the fire or watching tv.

The cherry on top is the styling which makes the space feel like home. The vintage fishermen, ship in a bottle and mix of local art are some of our favorite things we’ve ever found. Using a mix of old and new makes a new house feel like a home with soul which was always our goal for this new build by the ocean.

One of our (my) favorite toys from last Christmas

The perfect coat does exist and trust me I’ve tried them all. The Aritzia slouch coat is chic, warm, cozy and comes in so many colors. I sized down to the medium and it’s perfectly oversized so you can wear a sweater underneath and still move your arms around. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
