CINNAMON CITRUS FLIP⁠ ⁠𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦⁠ 2 oz. Spiced Rum ⁠ 1 oz. Amaro ⁠ 0.5 oz. Cinnamon Simple Syrup⁠ A dash of Orange Bitters⁠ 1 egg⁠ ⁠ ⁠⁠⁠⁠𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗗⁠ 1. In a shaker, combine the rum, Amaro, cinnamon syrup, and bitters. Drop in 1 whole egg.⁠ 2. Shake it all with ice first, to chill and mix.⁠ 3. Dry Shake - Remove the ice, then shake again for froth.⁠ 4. Pour into a glass, enjoy the frothy goodness!⁠
