CINNAMON CITRUS FLIP 𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 2 oz. Spiced Rum 1 oz. Amaro 0.5 oz. Cinnamon Simple Syrup A dash of Orange Bitters 1 egg 𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗗 1. In a shaker, combine the rum, Amaro, cinnamon syrup, and bitters. Drop in 1 whole egg. 2. Shake it all with ice first, to chill and mix. 3. Dry Shake - Remove the ice, then shake again for froth. 4. Pour into a glass, enjoy the frothy goodness!
