I like to give worthwhile gifts that will make a difference in the receiver’s life. And in this day and age, I can’t think of anything more worthwhile than the gift of well-being—things that will help them unwind and de-stress. For inspiration, I created a short starter list with some great goodies I enjoy and have given as “just because gifts,” from aromatherapy calming goods and gifts like comforting blue tooth eye masks to great scented candles and bath/shower bombs.
