Finished with Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C color: Natural. Mounting brackets are Shelfology Aksel HD floating shelf bracket.

We built these custom white oak shelves out of 3/4 plain sawn white oak plywood & finished with Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C in the color “Natural.”

Definitely 🤌🏼 … We used @rubiomonocoatusa Oil Plus 2C in the color “Natural” on this custom white oak kitchen. This hardwax oil gives the wood a durable surface with a beautiful matte finish.

Replaced our old cedar porch with TimberTech composite decking… goodbye sanding & staining! We chose the color “Natural White Oak” from their Terrain+ Collection 🫶🏼

When we painted our exterior dark we didn’t want it to feel harsh or stark, so we opted for a warmer black that still feels inviting. “Blacktop” by @benjaminmoore was the perfect shade.
••Note- We chose their Aura paint line for maximum fading prevention.

LOVE how these rift sawn white oak cabinets turned out with our custom finish!! Here’s the formula: first wipe on the “Clear Ultra flat" polycrylic with the direction of grain, and wipe off instantly!! Wait 3 hours or more, and lightly sand it. Then apply the Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2 C in the color “natural” with sponge applicator or lint free rag and really work it into the wood. Leave on about 15 minutes and then wipe off product. We added the “accelerator” that came with the Rubio so it would cure faster. Disclaimer- is not “recommended” to use poly 1st but it really seals the warmth from coming through!!
