Here are all of my favorite must have hair products! 🫶🏼

This is my current hair care routine that has helped my postpartum hair SO much!!! My hair has grown a lot & I barely have any fallout!

1. I go about 7 days between hair washes. On hair washing day, I use the 2 hair oils. Rosemary for my scalp & jojoba for the ends. I use the massager to massage it in & let it sit for a few hours. 30 mins before I jump in the shower, I spray my hair with rice water as well.
2. I shampoo 2x. This is the key to make sure all the dirtiness & oil is out.
3. I often skip conditioner & just put on a deep conditioner instead. I let it sit for a few mins on my hair in the shower.
4. I use sol de janeiro’s milky leave in conditioner after I towel dry my hair & then brush it through. I let it air dry & avoid heat as much as possible.
5. For my everyday routine, I use dry shampoo & hydrate the ends with sol de janeiro’s milky leave in conditioner. If my hair is frizzy or needs some extra hydration, I will add the soo de janeiro’s hair oil to my ends only.
6. I dry to put my hair up with clips to avoid tight ponytail holders. I sleep without any ponytail holder in my hair.

I do this routine every time it is hair washing day! 🤍 Let the oil sit for a few hours or you can even sleep with it overnight and wash in the morning! 🙂
