The sweetest baby girl clothes for Christmas!

We accidentally made a new family tradition, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

The overwhelming pressure of making her first Christmas so special was heavy, but I didn’t imagine we’d spend most of the month fighting RSV, bronchitis and pneumonia with an ER visit. I cried so much when we had to cancel on family plans, but we knew it was the wisest decision.

Full disclosure we spent December 25 in pajamas and I was so sad to mourn what I thought Christmas should be. We decided to wait and open gifts when Caden could safely join us. But I kept being far too upset over the fact that Addison didn’t get to meet Santa.

We phoned a friend and Santa and Mrs. Claus made a house call after Christmas, and I can’t tell you how much these memories will be cherished forever.

Our house has been reminded to slow down (literally) and the true meaning of this season is so important.

Addison’s #ootd • Our girl had an eventful Friday the 13th with a visit to the ER but we are home and she is recovering. She was supposed to visit with Santa today but will snuggle instead.
